• Invoicing & Financial Data: Customer lists, vendor profiles, invoice line items, pricing, tax rates, quotes, purchase orders, and payment records uploaded or generated through your organization workspace.
• Payment & Subscription Information: Subscription billing is handled securely by a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We never store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Log & Device Information: IP addresses, browser types, language preferences, operating systems, and access timestamps collected automatically for security auditing and tenant isolation verification.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Security

AccuInvoice is engineered with strict multi-tenant data isolation. Every organization's ledger, documents, and attachments are partitioned at the row and storage level using unique tenant identifiers. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized members of your organization.

All communications between your device and our servers are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols, and stored records are protected with encryption at rest.

4. Transactional Email Delivery & Cloud Storage

When you dispatch an invoice, estimate, reminder, purchase order, or payment receipt to your clients or suppliers, document transmission and secure file storage are executed through enterprise email delivery and encrypted cloud storage infrastructure strictly on behalf of your organization.

5. Your Legal Rights & Data Portability

Depending on your jurisdiction, you hold the right to request access to your personal data, rectify inaccurate records, request deletion of your account information, or export your invoices and financial statements in standard machine-readable formats (CSV and PDF).
